Attensure acts as a processor of organizational workforce data. Organizations using Attensure are responsible for acquiring necessary consents from employees or personnel prior to processing location or attendance telemetry.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operational uptime. Attensure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update platform features or API services with or without prior notice.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities on the platform.
